5 Year Warranty

An unprecedented five-year warranty backs
all Iwata airbrushes and spray guns.

All Iwata airbrushes are warranted against all manufacturing 
defects of material, manufacture or workmanship
for a period of five years from date of purchase.

This warranty does not cover needles or nozzles since these parts need replacing
occasionally due to normal wear and tear. Also, this warranty does not cover
damage caused by negligence or units that have been altered or abused in any way.

You MUST call Iwata-Medea to obtain a Return Authorization 
Number (RA#) BEFORE sending us your airbrush. 
Any return without an RA# will be refused.

Repairs not under warranty will be charged a $20 service fee per airbrush
plus the price of replacement parts and charged freight for return shipment.
